Just wanted to post this pic from Vogue's January 2010 issue. I absolutely love love the dress!! The blue tulle over the polka dots is really beautiful. The look reminds me of a modern day Anne of Green Gables. Beautiful! I might just have to use this as inspiration for a collection.
